James Amos has 28 years experience as a licensed Independent Insurance Adjuster working catastrophe claims all over the United States. He’s an Expert in wind and hail claims (over 20,000 roofs), hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, fires, and large commercial losses. After seeing a major philosophical shift a few years ago from most insurance companies systematically paying much less than what is owed under the terms and conditions of the Insurance policy/contract. James made the decision to "go to the other side" and work for the people instead of aiding the Insurance companies in saving money. He has depth knowledge of the bad faith laws and how and when they apply them to a claim.
Curtis Hordge Sr. began working as a Public Adjuster in 1968. His intelligence and quick thinking earned him as the top adjuster for R. G. & Beneke Company. After a football accident Curtis Sr. decided to start his own Company (International Adjustment services). The Company did very well assisting residential and commercial owners with their property claims. He hired five adjusters to assist him and worked throughout the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s until he became ill and could no longer manage the company. During the process he trained his son Curtis Jr. to carry on his legacy. Today he is doing well and works as top advisor of National Adjustment Services Inc. with over 42 years of adjusting claims.
Curtis Hordge Jr. grew up watching his father adjust claims on behalf of property owners. After 9 years as a postal carrier he decided to enter the business full time in 2001. He worked with his father to assist him and learn the business first hand. He quickly grew to the top field adjuster and his father was well pleased. In 2005 Curtis Jr. started National Adjustment Services Inc. to bring the company into the 21st century standards and allow for new growth to assist more property owners.
